Safeguarding

Safeguarding at REACH
Ensuring young people feel safe and heard is key to everything we do at REACH.
We hope that young people at REACH feel able to share their concerns and worries with us with the expectation that these concerns and worries will be heard and shared if this is likely to increase their safety and mitigate risk of harm.
All staff at REACH are enhanced DBS checked and have received extensive safeguarding training and support so that they have outstanding safeguarding practice.
We have a very strong safeguarding culture at REACH backed up by processes and procedures that ensure that all concerns are recorded and reported in line with statutory guidance and best practice.
We have strong multi-agency relationships and outside of our sessions work hard to ensure the voice of our young people is heard and understood.
